As with any pencil, it’s important to make sure your pencil is sterile beforeï»¿ inner-rimming the eye. As for safe, it is “clean” of any toxic ingredients and safer than most pencils on the market. @kimpr We don’t recommend any of their products with toxins, which shouldn’t be used on anyone or any animal! But this is one of their products that we feel is “safe”. Because of that, it wouldn’t matter if it was tested on humans or onï»¿ animals.
