Loreal tests on animals

@kimpr We don’t recommend any of their products with toxins, which shouldn’t be used on anyone or any animal! But this is one of their products that we feel is “safe”. Because of that, it wouldn’t matter if it was tested on humans or on animals.
I love this video BECUAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND WHO HAS USED THIS PRODUCT!!!!

is it safe to put on your waterline?
As with any pencil, it’s important to make sure your pencil is sterile before inner-rimming the eye. As for safe, it is “clean” of any toxic ingredients and safer than most pencils on the market. If you’re careful with your application, keeping the line closer to the lash line, you should be fine. THANKS for asking!!! Laurie & Tiffany
