I had the honor and the privilege to meet and hang out with Chuck and Clay when they shot a movie! Man, they are incredible!!! It is a pleasure to see them in this clip! And regarding the comments below, if you eat right you will not get in shape, if you work out you will not get in shape, if you do both, then you can say you are in shape. Cheers!

This is really extreme training and of course normal people are not able to do this because they have an every day job to attend, studies, school, whatever. But also 30 minutes a day can go a long way, I just started training and I’m mostly not even doing 30 minutes, but I can already feel how much it helps. I think when you’re just trying to get in and maintan a decent shape it’s all about going out every day and doing something, about training constantly and not so much about diets and all.

Diet is main thing in getting in shape and gaining a good health. Not talking about those crazy magic diets but one healthy For the lifeI experienced that.. I was doing weightlifting. I was not gaining any pounds for 3 months as soon as I started eating better I raised my weight.I would not say that diet is 80% in muscle building as Ryan but 70% would be a more realistic relationThe people I know that lost weight were the ones that went to a nutritionist and followed that recommended diet
