You’ll lose fat because you’ll starve, but it’s not healthy and the minute you start eating normally again your body will store fat like gold because it thinks its in a low-food environment. It’s a survival mechanism. You’d be depriving your body of nutrients, vitamins, etc… so you would be far more tired, your body wouldn’t function anywhere near up to par and you can seriously damage some of your organs by doing it.
Besides, do you know how celebrities do it? Extreme diets, air-brushing, and personal trainers!!

    Diets don’t work.
You need a well balanced diet every day. When you starve your body of the nutrients it needs to function properly, keeping your heart, brain and blood levels healthy, your metabolism will slow down and your body will remove tissues from your muscles to use for energy, which means your body sort of eats itself.
Dieting is unnatural. Natural food consumption will lead to health. Being healthy results in looking healthy.

While many “fad” diets do work, it is usually only for the short term. The more you starve yourself, the faster you lose weight, the more likely you are to put the weight right back on again. Do it right…slow and steady. And when you reach your goal, still stay on the diet, just allow yourself some treats now and then. A diet should really be a lifestyle, not just a short term thing.
