RedCutz, the product advertised by the spammer above, contains ephedra alkaloids, which is worthless for losing weight. Ephedra alkaloids do NOT contain ephedrine. It’s a scam.
Yes you will definitely put on weight after-wards. More than likely it will be more than you lost as well.
Shake diets seem great in theory and you do lose weight from them but they are totally pointless if you want to maintain a healthy weight.
Exercise 3 x a week.
Eat healthily in general.
If you do this you will lose 1-2 pounds a week until you reach a healthy weight and then it will be maintained for as long as you maintain the healthy lifestyle!

There is a maintenance program for when you reach your goal weight so you stay motivated and don’t slip back into your old patterns ensuring that you don’t regain all that lost weight. So “eating normally” will have to bet adjusted to mean that you have adjusted your diet to include minimal carbs and starches. You can find plenty of foods that offer these options. Good luck to you.
Don’t waste your money on hyped and useless celebrity diets. Oprah is 200lbs. If those diets worked she wouldn’t be that fat.
What overweight women and men have learned is that for years virtually every professional bodybuilder, informed fitness expert and successful personal trainer would tell you the same thing. Whether you want to accelerate the burning of excess body fat, boost your metabolic rate, heighten your thermogenic output or increase your energy level, there is nothing stronger or more effective than the “thermogenic cocktail” of Ephedra, Caffeine, and Aspirin (The E/C/A- Stack”). Patented formula and scientifically proven to work without diet or exercise.

Well look at your question.Your just drinking shakes..and when you lose the ten kilos and stop drinking the shakes you will start eating again and put on the weight you just lost.Losing weight is about making lifestyle changes so when you do lose some weight you can stick to those changes and be healthy
i really dont beleive in any diet where u replace a meal with a shake loads of my friends and family have followed these and yes it is possible to lose weight on them but as soon as u start introducing healthy meals instead of the shakes the weight u lost comes back without a doubt
The key for weight loss is a balanced diet reducing the fat intake. Thus, a diet like that can be followed forever for a toned body but also and most important: for a healthy life.
